Residual ACT

The Residual ACT is a form of the ACT in which a testtaker's performance on the test can only apply to the school where it is taken. Therefore, the Residual ACT given at Testing Services is valid only at the University of Kansas. The Residual ACT is given at least once per month.. Registration for the Residual ACT can be made by calling Testing Services. A payment of $50.00 will be collected on the day of the exam. Your scores will be reported to KU Admissions within a few days of taking the exam. For information on test dates click here.

National ACT

The National ACT is accepted at any school that requires ACT scores. Registration packets are available at Testing Services and often at area high schools. The registration packet contains the dates on which the National ACT is given, information necessary for registration, and study material. Scores will be reported within 4-6 weeks after the exam.
